## What TFB does

Three services, all AI-based from the first day:

1. AI advisory in SAP delivery (https://www.thefuturebehind.com/ai-advisory). For System Integrators and anyone who delivers system integration. We guide delivery organizations into AI-based delivery: new tools, new methodology, results-based work. From the "pyramid" to the "rhombus": experienced people direct the AI and judge its work. We do not do traditional consulting. Our own SAP delivery already works this way.
2. AI discovery & adoption (https://www.thefuturebehind.com/ai-discovery). For enterprises, beyond SAP. We understand the problem, analyze processes, data, tools and people, recommend which AI-based tools and business products to adopt, build the solution together and govern it.
3. SAP delivery (https://www.thefuturebehind.com/sap-delivery). When a program needs to be delivered, we deliver it: AI-based by default, priced on results, on any SAP landscape (ECC, S/4HANA on-premise and cloud).

## MOSAIC, the platform behind the three services

https://www.thefuturebehind.com/mosaic

MOSAIC (Modular Orchestration Suite for Augmented Intelligence and Consulting) is the augmented delivery suite for SAP: the delivery system around the AI model. An LLM provides the engine; the TFB delivery method and the knowledge of the project, retrieved with RAG (requirements, processes, blueprints, workshop minutes, decisions, documents and code), are the guardrails that steer it, and preflight, validation and human approval check every output. Modules: ABAP Reverse Engineering (understand), BBP Copilot (blueprint), FDD Generator (design), TDD Generator (specify), ABAP Forge (build), ABAP Maintenance (evolve), AMS Module (operate, taking shape), and reverse engineering of AS/400 applications beyond SAP code. MOSAIC works on the code and documents loaded into it and on its Knowledge Layer, an archive of project knowledge that builds up over time; people review and approve every output and bring the results into SAP. Works on any SAP landscape, no RISE, BTP or additional subscriptions required. Priced with credits per deliverable, not per token: iterations included, failed runs never charged.

## How we work

https://www.thefuturebehind.com/ai-advisory

Cycles inside a frame, guided by a coverage map (the explicit inventory, ordered by risk, of what the system must do). Control as a dimmer, not a switch: AI autonomy grows one activity at a time, only on verified results; responsibility stays with people and a sample of work is always checked by hand. Every engagement starts with a diagnosis (two to four weeks) and a controlled pilot on a real project, measured before any next step.
