MOSAIC.
Delivery, augmented.
The TFB method and your project knowledge, built into connected modules for design, development and maintenance. With structured checks and human approval.
The delivery system around the model.
An LLM provides the engine. Our delivery model and the knowledge of your project are the guardrails that steer it. Checks and a person verify what comes out.
- 01
Our delivery model, in the workflow.
MOSAIC is how we deliver, turned into software: guided activities, TFB delivery logic and enterprise standards shape every deliverable.
- 02
The knowledge of your project.
RAG retrieves what the project knows: requirements, processes, blueprints, workshop minutes, decisions, documents and code.
- 03
Guardrails that steer the result.
Left alone, an LLM guesses, loses the context and changes its answer. Our method and your knowledge keep it on track while it generates. Then preflight, validation and a person check what comes out.
- 04
SAP within reach.
It understands the system and prepares the changes, which go in under configurable approval, traceability and audit.
- Requirements and decisions
- Documents and existing code
- Processes and business rules
Guided while it generates, checked before it counts. Connected modules turn this into delivery work.
- Structured designs
- Code and proposed fixes
- Proposed actions on SAP
MOSAIC packages these capabilities into one delivery suite, reducing the workflows and controls your team has to build and maintain around an LLM.
Grounded on what your project knows.
A general model answers from what it was trained on. MOSAIC retrieves first, then generates. Not only from the code: processes, blueprints, minutes and decisions, each with its source.
- RAG Management the knowledge base of each client.
- Knowledge Layer an archive of what exists, read as facts and built up over time.
- Chatbot questions answered from that knowledge.
- Workshops and minutes
- Requirements and decisions
- Processes and blueprints
- Design documents and test plans
- Standards and best practices
- Code and legacy applications
Uploaded, enriched and kept in order for each client.
- A design decision minutes
- A process rule blueprint
- A requirement and its rationale workshop
- What a program reads and calls code
Retrieval in several stages, with a self-check on what it found.
- Functional design
- ABAP code
- Code fix
- Answer
One suite. Across the work.
From understanding existing applications to design, development, maintenance and operations.
-
Understand ABAP Reverse Engineering Recover existing code logic.
Analyzes existing ABAP codebases to classify code and support migration strategies.
-
Blueprint BBP Copilot Structure decisions and rationale.
Governs design decisions and generates living deliverables with an audit trail that outlives the project.
-
Design FDD Generator Produce functional designs.
Generates structured Functional Design Documents, compliant with enterprise SAP standards.
-
Specify TDD Generator Prepare technical specifications.
Produces Technical Design Documents from Functional Designs, for ABAP development teams.
-
Build ABAP Forge Generate ABAP code from the design.
Generates ABAP code from the Functional Design, after a pre-flight that raises the open questions first.
-
Evolve ABAP Maintenance Fix and enhance existing ABAP.
A diagnosis, a preflight on the facts, then a diff that a person reviews and approves.
-
Operate AMS Module Taking shape. Investigate and support operations.
Control, ticketing and remediation agents read the live system and propose fixes. Every write needs a human decision, with simulation and rollback.
-
Beyond SAP code AS/400 reverse engineering Recover the logic of legacy platforms.
Recover business logic, data structures and dependencies to support modernization and migration.
Your landscape.
ECC and S/4HANA, on-premise or cloud. No RISE required.
Your model.
The LLM of your choice. Cloud or private deployment, according to cost and sensitivity.
Pay per deliverable.
Complexity confirmed before charging. Iterations included, failed runs never charged.
Your governance tools.
MOSAIC generates, your tools orchestrate: process models, backlog and ticketing, versioned documentation, application lifecycle management.
Questions we hear often
What is MOSAIC?
TFB's AI platform for SAP delivery: specialized modules from ABAP reverse engineering to functional and technical design, code generation and AMS, on one shared intelligence layer that keeps project context, knowledge and delivery logic consistent across phases.
How is MOSAIC different from a generalist AI chatbot?
A generalist chatbot is a horizontal tool: what it knows about your project, your method and your standards is what each user puts into the prompt, and the quality of the answer follows. MOSAIC is a dedicated suite. Project knowledge, the TFB delivery method, SAP conventions and Clean Core rules are built in. Preflight, validation and human approval check every output.
Does it work on our SAP landscape?
Yes. MOSAIC is version-neutral: ECC, S/4HANA on-premise and cloud. It needs no RISE subscription, no BTP or AI Core setup and no additional SAP licenses.
How is it governed?
Human-in-the-loop by design. Preflight and validation check every output, and a person reviews and approves it before it is used.
How is MOSAIC priced?
With credits. Each deliverable has a credit value based on type and complexity, confirmed before charging. Iterations are included and failed runs are never charged. We size the plan together on your expected volumes.
